Reserve it for travellers aged ten or older who are comfortable moving over uneven ground after dark.

The session moves between the wide view overhead and more detailed telescope observations. Guides introduce the sky with lasers and explain how the visible constellations and objects fit together, before directing attention to suitable targets through high-powered equipment. The summit setting provides the context, but the date, Moon and weather still determine the observing programme. A booking does not guarantee a specific planet or a photograph-like Milky Way. If you have a particular astronomy interest, ask about suitable departures before treating one evening as interchangeable with another.

The practical demands are worth considering before booking. Guests need to manage roughly 100 metres on a gravel incline and a few steps in darkness; the listing excludes people with mobility impairments. You must also understand your chosen guide language for safety instructions. The operator supplies an extreme-cold-weather jacket, but bring your own layers, sturdy flat shoes and warm accessories.
